Payday loans have pretty much obliterated the image of the short-term lending industry, so Valour Group asked me to rebrand one of their existing loans companies to feel more professional, credible and approachable.
I worked with Savvy.co.uk’s main decision makers and development team, enhancing the customer journey and application process, as well as creating icons and infographics for the website.
I also worked with their legal team on the detailed regulated business plan document which they needed to apply for a regulation authorisation from the FCA.
I still provide ongoing design and consultancy services for the brand and the group, whose MD I have worked closely with for over a decade – with my personal service I am like an extension of their team.
