Health, fitness and leisure is big business nowadays. And to make your mark in any competitive industry, your branding needs to be strong, or you just don’t get noticed.
I was recommended to start-up business Matador, who asked me to help them create a brand style for their new range of kinesiology sports tapes, with a new logo, packaging design, web graphics and promotional pieces.
The tapes are printed with a watermark of a bull and some ‘tribal’ markings, and the branding has a bold contemporary design to stick in people’s minds more than generic tape.
The client loved it and the tape is being trialled by English Football League teams, and some members of the Great Britain athletics team prior to a soft launch.
